Agreeing to these terms

Blocks Ablaze is made by [owner name or company]. By downloading or playing the game you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install the game on devices you own or control and to play it for your own fun. You may not copy, sell, rent, decompile or modify the game, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law allows it.

The game is free. You also need to follow the rules of the App Store or Google Play you got it from.

Your guest account

The first time the game goes online it creates a guest account for you, so your scores can appear on the leaderboards. There is no password or email.

You can choose a nickname. It is shown to every player, so do not use your real name, someone else's name, or anything offensive, hateful or misleading. We may change or remove a nickname that breaks this rule.

Your guest account lives on your phone. If you delete the game or lose the phone, the account and its scores may not come back.

Fair play

Leaderboards only mean something if everyone plays the same game. Do not send scores you did not earn, use modified versions of the game, automate play, or attack or overload our servers. We may remove scores and block accounts that do.

Ads and rewards

The game shows ads to pay for itself. Some ads are optional: watching one to the end gives a reward, such as a second chance after the board fills. If an ad fails to load or you close it early, the reward may not be given.

Streak freezes, stars, quests and other things you earn in the game have no money value, cannot be sold or traded, and may change as the game changes.

Who owns what

The game, its name, logo, art, sounds and code belong to [owner name or company] or the people who licensed them to us; see the credits. These terms do not give you any of those rights beyond playing the game.

Changes and availability

We update the game to fix problems and add things, and that may change how it plays, reset leaderboards or retire features. We try to keep the game and its servers running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. Offline play keeps working without our servers.

No warranty, limited liability

The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost scores. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Ending things

You can stop playing at any time by deleting the game. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of [country]. If we change them, we will update the date at the top of this page; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
